Day 34 and my illustration this morning isn't based on a movie character (although I do love all the roller derby girls in 'Whip It', so they may have been in the back of my mind). I changed my technique a little bit today, I didn't outline everything in marker and erase all my pencil marks...instead I left all the pencil marks in and just painted over them, then put some marker lines in at the end. I think it made for a softer illustration. I'll post a process video on Instagram and Facebook later today where you can see the illustration take shape.
