Day 1 of #the100dayproject and I was scared when I started my illustration this morning, it was intimidating knowing that I have to do a drawing everyday for 100 days. What if the pressure was too much? What if I couldn't draw anything? Is it too early for alcohol? Many questions.
Once I picked 'Badger' and 'Bow-Tie' from my list and started to draw I was okay though...I could see him in my head, with a pipe for some reason. I was happy with how he turned out and half an hour was plenty of time but I definitely underestimated how long it would take to edit the film, type the blog, take the photos and post the links...so I think I need to get up earlier tomorrow!
How to Win

So you can win this little fella, I'll post him out to you free of charge.
All you need to do is comment below with two things:
A name for the badger.
AND a caption for the illustration...the funnier the better.
Deadline extended to midnight tonight (03/04/2018)
I'll announce the winner tomorrow morning.
Good Luck!

...and the winner is Carol Faherty!
I love this caption, it sound like it came straight out of a children's book and I can really imagine him struggling to tie that bow-tie.
Well done Carol!
Bixby loved to wear a bow-tie. Boxers, not so much.
That would be my entry if I could enter.
I'm loving all these comments! Thanks for participating.
The deadline is extended to midnight.
Boris the Badger Bum felt he deserved a well earned pipe break after the tedious effort of tying his bow tie - it’s not easy with claws you know..!
There was nothing Bernard the Badger liked better after a fine dinner of earthworms and grubs than to have a smoke of his pipe
Bertrand the badger.
After a long day in his bow tie, Bertrand felt he deserved a sneaky puff on his pipe.
Thomas lost his slippers and felt very underdressed without them.
